Andorra 2015 Just back from Andorra from what was a truly memorable, action-packed 6 days! Leaving Dublin last Wednesday, we landed in Barcelona and quickly boarded a coach headed towards the Pyrenees and adventure! For the majority of the students this was their first time skiing. Invariably the first day was tricky but as the week progressed and skills and confidence grew, there was no stopping these adrenalin-junkies as the hurtled down the pistes! Skiing is a physically demanding sport, but despite this the students somehow found the energy for more activities in the evening e.g. Swimming and bowling. We even had time to hit the shops for some much anticipated retail-therapy one night! As usual the students conducted themselves excellently and the mood was very much one of fun and enjoyment. Special thanks to Ms. Charles for organising another super trip and to Ms. Lacey who was always at hand to make sure we were all looked after. There’ll definitely be some achy bodies in Leixlip today but all will agree this was an epic adventure that will live long in the minds of all present.
