Coláiste Chiaráin held yet another very successful Careers Fair on Monday 11th November. The fair was organised by the Parents Council who run the fair every two years. Our 3rd/TY/5th and 6th year students were all invited to attend and the event was very well supported.
Universities, ITs, apprenticeships and colleges of further education were represented in large numbers. Students also had the chance to speak to people from all walks of life from a large variety of careers. It was a great chance to meet people and hear directly what their career entailed, how they got into that career and what the prospects were for the future.
Sincerest thanks to the Parents Council for all their hard work in organising this event and to all those who took time out of their busy schedules to support our evening.
