Top Marks
This morning the State Examinations Commission contacted the Principal to inform him that a Coláiste Chiaráin’s student was one of the highest performing students in the country. Conall Hayes achieved 12 A’s and was one of 13 students in Ireland to achieve this honour. Conall is currently in Transition Year and is quite an accomplished athlete with a national title to his credit.
This success comes very close to the achievements of another Coláiste Chiaráin student. Adam Connolly achieved 7 A1’s in his Leaving Cert and is currently studying Mathematics in Cambridge. Adam has represented Ireland in Maths, Science and Linguistics Olympiad’s.

The Staff and Board of Management congratulate both students and are equally proud of all Coláiste Chiaráin students who performed so well in this year’s State Examinations.
