The TYs headed to UCD yesterday for the premiere of their short films. Assisted by the UCD FIlmSoc, the students scripted, shot and edited their movies using mobile phones and cameras.

UCD was then kind enough to invite our pupils to Belfield to reap the fruits of their labours; watching their work on a real cinema screen in the theatre inside the brand new student-centre. What we saw more than lived up to the anticipation & excitement around the event! Hilarious, entertaining and surprisingly professional best sums up their Films! The TYs were treated to pizza and a tour of the campus afterwards to round off a terrific day.

No doubt many of this group will be returning to study at Belfield in the near future...perhaps even for Film/Media studies! Special thanks to Aoife Doyle & UCD FilmSoc for their generosity and kindness towards us over the past few months.
